Gigny sur Saône

At the exit of the campsite, turn left, at the next crossroads, turn right. At the next crossroads, turn right again towards the church. The church of the hamlet l’Epervière was built in the 19th Century and is currently being restored.

Keep following this road (route de la Mairie) until you arrive at crossroads. Turn right here, go straight on until you see the chapel of Gigny on your left. This 16^th Century chapel whose bell-tower is decorated with the typical Burgundy roof tiles, used to be Gigny’s parochial church. The chapel was partially destroyed during the 19^th Century, yet has recently been restored

Go back to the road you left to visit the chapel, turn left onto it and follow this road turning right to follow the “rue du Château” which leads you back to the campsite.
